What size clients do you work with?
Across the range — from early-stage startups with two founders to established businesses with significant technical operations. What matters is that there's a clear problem we can help solve.
How quickly can you start?
Generally within one to two weeks from scoping. If your timeline is tight, tell us early and we'll be honest about what's possible.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Primarily remote. We come on-site for things that genuinely benefit from in-person — discovery workshops, key stakeholder sessions, and critical delivery milestones.
How do you price your work?
By scope, not by the hour. Engagements are quoted as a fixed or capped amount based on what we agree needs to be done. If scope changes, we discuss it openly before adjusting.
What if we don't have a clear brief yet?
That's normal. The first conversation is about understanding the problem, not reviewing a spec. We'll help you shape the brief if you're still working it out.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, as standard. Happy to sign yours before the first conversation if you're working with sensitive material.
Can you work alongside our existing team?
Yes. We frequently work alongside internal developers, designers, and product managers. We agree on roles and decision-making before we start.
